From functional prototypes to scalable bridge production, our direct-factory model ensures total control over every micron and every minute. We don’t just meet specifications; we eliminate supply chain latency, providing the technical depth and capacity to move your most complex designs from CAD to hand-held parts at industry-leading speeds.
Scale-Driven Speed. Integrated Production.
Our facility operates over 600 CNC machines, providing the capacity to manage fluctuating project volumes without lead-time penalties. We maintain a dedicated prototyping cell—a specialized fleet within our production floor—to ensure that rapid-turn projects are processed independently from high-volume manufacturing lines.
Equipped with high-speed 3, 4, and 5-axis centers featuring up to 20,000 RPM spindles, we handle complex geometries and tight tolerances directly in-house. This internal capacity allows us to eliminate scheduling bottlenecks and transition from single-unit prototypes to series production with a consistent 24-hour response capability.

What is Rapid Machining?
Rapid machining is a CNC-based manufacturing approach focused on short lead times and fast turnaround. It uses optimized programming, high-speed equipment, and streamlined workflows to produce parts in days instead of weeks.
Unlike traditional machining, rapid machining prioritizes speed without sacrificing precision, making it ideal for functional prototypes, design validation, and low-volume production. Parts are machined directly from engineering materials, so they can be tested under real-world conditions without the limitations of molded or printed alternatives.
